How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy in our webshop. You will first need to create an account or login into your account. Place the desired items in your shoppingcart. Based on your wishes you can request a quote first or proceed to checkout immediately. Fill in your billing information, shipping method and shipping address. Select your payment choice and complete your order by pressing ‘Confirm order’.

Can I change the order after I placed it?

Have you just placed your order, but did you forget something or is something wrong with your order? Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities of changing your order.

I placed an order, but I have not yet received my invoice. When can I expect to receive it?

When you’ve requested a quote, you will get an email when your invoice has been uploaded to your account. Please also check your spam folder. Did you not receive an invoice within 2-3 working days? Please contact us so we can assist you.

I want to know how much I have to pay for (express) logistics?

Curious about the logistic costs for your order? Tell us which products you want to order and if you’d like express shipping. You’ll then receive a quote. In this quote we will also include the (express) logistic costs, which depend on the products, quantity, and location.

Can I return my order?
