Can I see which products are IMO certified on the quotation?

All our flooring products are IMO certified. There are some exceptions, think of maintenance products and tools. These do not need to be IMO certified. All required certificates are attached to the product page. It is possible to download these certificates. If you experience any difficulties, please get in touch.

The status of my quotation is pending. What does this mean?

Pending means we are busy with taking care of your quote. Please notice that all products and delivery options are on request. We strive to give you your quote within 2 to 3 working days. Your quote will be available in your account. Once the fee is calculated, it is possible to accept or decline the request in your account. Do you need it asap? Please contact us directly.

I accidentally declined the quotation. What now?
