What payment methods do you accept?
Currently there are four payment methods available in our webshop: iDeal, bank transfer (SEPA), creditcard and invoice / on account.
I would like to pay on invoice, however that option is not available. Why is that?
Paying on invoice is available after placing your first order. Please note that you must fulfil the payment before your order will be dispatched from our warehouse.
I cannot see any prices. How come?
You need an account to see the prices in our webshop. Do you not have an account yet? You can register easily. Once you receive the login details, you will see the corresponding prices of our products.
The wrong company details are on my invoice. What should I do?
Do you have the wrong company details on your invoice? Please contact us so we will adjust the invoice you’ve received.
